Convention Booth Purchases Because items purchased in person at a convention can be inspected by the customer before the purchase is finalized, all booth sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your item before leaving our booth. If there is a legitimate manufacturing defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the event so we can make it right.
